This client was looking for a home to incorporate all of their wants, and blend well with the beautiful surroundings. Big 4 Development directed them to the Willow Creek lofted home model which was designed to add just a little extra for those needing a bit more space for bedrooms, a master suite or a state of the art dream kitchen. The 16×29 foot wing allows for the space needed to entertain or that reading room off the master bedroom they’ve always envisioned. The loft provides extra room for guests or a little haven to relax. The dealer suggested several custom items to incorporate into this model and they were able to take that vision and bring their dream to life with a beautiful window feature wall in great room, large king post, exposed beams, and an exterior W-Truss on the porch extension which adds a nice rustic touch to the home.
Willow Creek was a Home of Distinction in the Modular/Panelized Home Design – 3,001 – 4,000 square feet – category of the 2017 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design, presented by the Building Systems Council and Timber Homes Council.
