Each year, a group of architects, interior designers, and land planners offer complimentary plan reviews to IBS attendees – and this year, we are offering more plan review slots than ever before! Reviews will run all day Tuesday and Wednesday in a new location: The Drafting Table – West Concourse, Level 3, W 314 Foyer.
With 45 reviewers offering a combined total of 239 thirty-minute reviews, there is no shortage of review slots or expertise. Reviewers are experts in their fields and offer review services in the following:
- Single-family design
- Multifamily design
- Interior design
- Remodeling
- 55+
- Universal Design
- Land planning and development
- Green and sustainable design
How to attend
Come to the Design Studio to sign-up for a time slot. Sign-up sheets are available for that day only. Attendees may register for one review session per day. Sign-ups are first-come, first-served and are likely to fill up quickly.
Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package to reserve a slot.
What to bring
Bring a copy of your drawings to your review session. If there are additional documents that would prove useful to your reviewer, such as a print-out of your color palette, bring those as well. Reviewers will have writing instruments and trace paper, and complimentary notepads will be available in The Drafting Table space for attendees.
