  • A solar-ready and highly reflective roof
  • Low VOC paints
  • A Rainbird Smart Controller Weather Station and Irrigation System that meets all criteria for the EPA WaterSense program
  • A 2,500 gallon capacity rainwater harvesting cistern that feeds the irrigation system
  • 83% of the construction waste was recycled
  • No formaldehyde in carpet, carpet padding, and flooring adhesives and no added formaldehyde in the energy efficiency spray foam insulation
  • WaterSense toilets and faucets
  • Energy Star lighting and appliances
  • Existing trees were protected, and all new plants are from the Austin Energy Green Building Grow Green list
