Located along the water’s edge at the end of Main Street, in Baldwin Park, Florida, Baldwin Harbor has taken its place as the town’s Grand Building that the community’s master planners had always envisioned. A grand building who’s spirit is taken from the great old hotels in small-town Florida with its white siding, metal roofs, balconies and front entry porch.

The main building is composed of several buildings anchored around a central parking garage; each building contributing to the streetscapes of the Baldwin Park neighborhood. The shops, restaurants and services of Baldwin Park’s town center are located just outside the front door. With over 15,000 square feet of interior amenity space, finished in a contemporary yet inviting palette, Baldwin Harbor brings a level of sophistication to Central Florida that is unmatched.
