Past Meets Present in Winning Property

Detail, Home Design

Our Home of the Week unites history and “hip” with details like hand-wrought steel stairway railing and turn-of-the-century hardware as a backdrop to a living area and bedroom suites for teenage daughters.

pcp1Pine Creek Place of Fredericksburg, Texas, the Best in American Living Awards South Central Region winner for Home of the Year, offers additional features like a kitchen-living area that is simple in design, but with solid details that conjure the feel of exterior space. Flooded with natural light, the veranda stairway is truly a work of art and a testament to the craftsmanship of the home.

pcp3The master suite, at the top of the veranda stairway, features a large walk-in closet, elegant bath, and sleeping area with balcony overlooking the spa and pool. Functioning interior casement windows, complete with turn-of-the-century hardware, and a custom-built door allow the master suite to open up onto the interior balcony for an open airy feel.
