Little Falls Place is a boutique townhome enclave nestled in the woods between Little Falls Parkway and the Capital Crescent Trail in Bethesda, Maryland. The project is admired and welcomed by t the community at large due to its quiet, park-like setting. Little Falls Place targets homeowners with sophisticated tastes who appreciate a peaceful setting with shopping and other amenities nearby balanced with unique and gracious indoor and outdoor living spaces. With beautiful mid-century modern design and top-of-the-line features, the project was completely sold out within three months of completion.
