The large custom home utilizes simple building materials in a clean, contemporary manner, including white limestone, Lueders limestone, stucco, white oak, and smooth white walls.
This project includes a three-story house, detached garage with maid quarters, rainwater collection system, and extensive landscaping.
Broad use of custom cabinetry and millwork throughout the home, including a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and the spacious outdoor living area are what make this home exactly what the homeowners were looking for in style and comfort.
Judges were impressed, too, with this Best in American Living Awards Silver winner for Custom or Spec Home, 3,501-4,500 square feet, describing it as, “Super clean; well-detailed; negative base board is a really interesting detail.”
