The September 1 deadline for Best in American Living Awards entries is almost here!
The Best in American Living Awards are the nation’s most prestigious design and building honor, celebrating professionals like you: innovative, creative and cutting-edge builders, architects, designers and other leaders who set the standard for design in single family, multi-family, community and remodeling.
You belong with the best. Don’t miss your chance to earn the recognition you deserve! Enter today! Here are some helpful tips for the process:
Begin gathering photos, floor plans and descriptions of the project—market segment, design concept, key features
If you are new to NAHB.org you might need to create a user profile to log-in to view the awards application page. Once logged in, you can preview the application form and review the requirements and criteria for each set of awards. TIP: You can select specific award categories as you go and add them to your cart so you don’t have to remember them.
Visit the Best in American Living Awards registration page, click “Apply Now” and select a category by clicking “Submit.” If entering multiple categories, click “Add Next Entry.” TIP: While you are on the main page, it might be worth your time to check out the previous winners for reference.
Review all categories and select the ones that are best for your company’s projects. TIP: Visit the FAQ pages for a complete overview of the judging criteria and entry requirements.
Once you have selected all of the categories you would like to enter go to “Your Entries” page to review your selection and then select “Add to Cart. TIP: Be sure you have all your desired entry categories before checking out; it makes it easier to do it all at once.
You will receive an email confirmation of purchase as well as a link to your applications. Follow the link to fill out your application online. TIP: The great thing about the digital submission process is that you can save your work and come back to it as many times as you would like.
