PLATINUM – The Lake Club at Centerra

Architect/Designer | DTJ DESIGN
Builder | Golden Triangle Construction
Interior Designer | Trio Environments
Developer | C R Development, Inc.

The Lake Club is the social and recreational heart of The Lakes at Centerra, a 255-acre residential community oriented to outdoor enthusiasts. The property includes the Community Building and the Pool Pavilion, with a pool and playground. The 1,753-square-foot Community Building serves as a meeting and party place for the community, under a layered wood ceiling. The expansive windows enhance the indoor/outdoor experience and provide vistas of the lakes. A small kitchen for events and cooking demonstrations is the centerpiece of the interior, while a two-sided fireplace anchors the opposite end of the room. A fire pit on the terrace that faces the lake provides a place for residents to decompress at the end of the day. The 1,146-square-foot Pool Pavilion provides welcome shade, restrooms, and a place to stow gear. The pool is reminiscent of a “swimming hole” and includes both lap swimming and water features oriented to young children.

SILVER – The Isles Club

Architect/Designer | Minto Communities
Builder | Minto Communities
Interior Designer | Rhett Alexander
Developer | Minto Communities
Land Planner | Minto Communities

The design of The Isles Club at The Isles of Collier Preserve was inspired by the charming coastal cottage style of the original Naples Beach Hotel, built in 1888 as a 16-room inn. Like the original hotel, The Isles Club is distinguished by a stylized cupola and wide, awning-shaded front porch. The 16,500-square-foot Isles Club presents an array of amenities that include a large multipurpose room for resident gatherings and a fully-appointed, state-of-the-art fitness center. The resort-style pool and expansive terrace is surrounded by sandy waterfront beach areas that are graced with colorful private cabanas. In addition, there is a separate lap pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, lushly landscaped event courtyard, yoga lawn and kayak launch.
